Have you been sitting down too much lately?
So have him, my desktop work makes me sit down over 50 hours a week, and my hip and back pain was getting worse and worse. I tried everything, pills, stretches and different guides. Then I went to see my physiotherapist, and he showed me a few exercises and also an equipment tool im very thankful for today.
Its called a Foam Roller it’s a great way to make yourself loosen up and help with pain. My back and hip were killing me, so I started to using some foam roll exercises to treat this:
How to foam roll:
- Try to relax
- Breath deeply
- Move back and forward slowly
- Stay on sore spots for 30 seconds
