Meditation, why everyone should do it ! 1 minute is all you need!

Last year my stress levels have been alot higher than before and i tried alot of things and supplements that didn´t help that much..

My friend finally noticed my condition and recommend me to try out medidation. I bought a beginner medidation cd and started practice every morning and every night after work.

The technique i use is by laying down on the floor ( somewhere soft ) and breathe in thru your nose and out from your mouth, when you breathe in feel your stomach rising and slowly let it out.

Your thoughts will start coming inside your mind and just notice them and accept them then start focus on breathe in and out, in and out until your mind start relax again.

Eckhart Tolle have been my spiritual teacher the last months and he is so calmed and relaxed in his voice that it´s very easy to listen to him.
