I had never had back pain in my life.
I started having these pains simultaneously on the majority of my days at work. It didn’t always last long, but every day at some point I was experiencing discomfort in my spine.
I tried many different things, but the one that seemed to help me out the most was this one:
How to foam roll:
- Try to relax
- Breath deeply
- Move back and forward slowly
- Stay on sore spots for 30 seconds
