Meditation, why everyone should do it ! 1 minute is all you need!

Last year my stress levels have been alot higher than before and i tried alot of things and supplements that didn´t help that much..

My friend finally noticed my condition and recommend me to try out medidation. I bought a beginner medidation cd and started practice every morning and every night after work.

The technique i use is by laying down on the floor ( somewhere soft ) and breathe in thru your nose and out from your mouth, when you breathe in feel your stomach rising and slowly let it out.

Your thoughts will start coming inside your mind and just notice them and accept them then start focus on breathe in and out, in and out until your mind start relax again.

This one is more advanced and is very hard when done correctly.

I had never had back pain in my life.

I started having these pains simultaneously on the majority of my days at work. It didn’t always last long, but every day at some point I was experiencing discomfort in my spine.

I tried many different things, but the one that seemed to help me out the most was this one:

  • Move back and forward slowly

Have you been sitting down too much lately?

So have him, my desktop work makes me sit down over 50 hours a week, and my hip and back pain was getting worse and worse. I tried everything, pills, stretches and different guides. Then I went to see my physiotherapist, and he showed me a few exercises and also an equipment tool im very thankful for today.

Its called a Foam Roller it’s a great way to make yourself loosen up and help with pain. My back and hip were killing me, so I started to using some foam roll exercises to treat this:

Your butt is one of the most powerful muscles in your body, and if they are weak, it can cause many problems and especially bad posture.

Please try this routine because this is some of the most powerful exercises that helped me get rid of my hip pain/back pain and some other pain I had connecting with my weak glutes.

For best results do this routine twice a day

10 reps of the Glute Bridge with exercise band x 2 sets
